Weeks 3–4 / FLIP
Reframe the brief. Invert the assumption. Write the challenge question the original request could not ask.
Weeks 5–7 / BUILD
Ship the smallest proof that makes the insight undeniable. Critique is public. Iteration is the point.
Weeks 8–9 / BREAK
Red-team your own work and a peer’s. Abuse paths, second-order harm, fragile authority.
Week 10 / PROVE
Make the case. Evidence, ethics, economics, a route to implementation. Passport review.
